Today at work I was delivering a marble top dresser which is super heavy like 300 pounds. Me and my partner used lifting straps which we hook on our upper forearms. I use them all the time. This time I kinda put a lot of the weight on my left arm and i could feel myself cutting my circulation off and after setting the dresser down my arm was SUPER numb or dead feeling. I tried shaking it off and it eased up a little. But all day since and now my arm is still a little numb. What could be wrong? A pinched nerve or vein or something? Any ideas? I'm hoping it just wears off eventually.
